Art Deco is a style of architecture and visual arts originating in Paris in the early 1900s. It represented richness, luxury and glamour. The style typically employs geometric patterns, scallops, fountains, aircraft fins, and overly lavish colors and polished finishes, providing for a very urban, glitzy, French modern look.

Craftsman-style homes, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, evolved in the late 1800s, initially flourishing in southern California single-family homes. The abundant use of gabled roofs and natural elements are the most typical characteristics of Craftsman-style homes — a reaction against the eclectic Victorian "over-decorated" aesthetic. The Craftsman-style home can be described as much more natural and rural compared to the urban European aesthetic.

Therefore, 7592 Tumbledown Trail can be described as employing Craftsman style, designed with the prominent use of gable roof architecture, but infused with a mix of subtle Art Deco details. The exterior employs linear board and batten siding, painted in an understated mauve-taupe color pattern and accented by a slightly lavender undertone dark stucco.

The foyer is quite the Art Deco welcome with the Sherwin Williams Chincilla-painted, tall barrel ceiling contrasting with the soft fabric bubble pendant lighting. This entry is complemented by a taupe and white angled checkerboard tiled floor along with the archtop black iron and glass French doors to the office. The interior is painted in a mauve-inspired color, but the architecture is very Craftsman.
