PARADE SITES

The Madison Area Parade of Homes is unique in that it features homes in Parade-sites and scattered-sites. In Parade-sites, there are several homes in one neighborhood, on the same street, that are Parade Homes. Scattered-site Parade Homes are individually located in areas hand-picked by the builder and are part of a variety of communities across Dane County.
